HomeGain.com is a newly launched real estate vertical offering search marketing solutions for local brokers and agents.
Users can locate an agent, find homes for sale, get an estimate of their home’s value, get a mortgage, and more. Real estate agents can take advantage of leads generated by HomeGain’s 300+ companies, including search engines and portals.
The program is called “SearchMaximizer” and is evidence of the increasing role that search engines are playing in the home-buying habits of consumers.
According to a study by HomeGain:
- 56 percent of consumers used the Internet as a “significant part” of their home buying process.
- 81 percent used the Internet to locate/investigate a specific property.
- 85 percent used the Internet to locate a specific agent.
