BlogPulse Keeps Tabs on 15 Minutes with New Features

BlogPulse has gone and got all fancy on us.
The blog search engine that also provides ongoing analysis and reports on activity in the blogosphere yesterday announced the debut of a number of new features, including:
- BlogPulse Profiles - gives blog author, rank & influence, content information, and more
- Trend Search - allows users to create graphs that visually track “buzz” for specific keywords, phrases, or links
- Conversation Tracker - creates a threaded view of a conversation starting from its original posting source
Some are calling it a “Technorati slayer” but the ever-diplomatic Jason Dowdell points out that Technorati is being gracious about the recent press. Displaced Google blogger Mark Jen wonders whether his 15 minutes are over while it looks like ours is just beginning.
