Quick update on our story last week on the MSN Keyword program.
David Jakubowski of Microsoft recently talked to Christine Blank of DM News in this article which gives further details on Microsoft’s foray into search advertising, supposedly to launch in October.
What Jakubowski says is going to make MSN’s program unique:
- More advertiser transparency, with robust real-time reporting that can be configured in a number of ways.
- In-depth audience information on a number of factors, including gender, age group, lifestyle segment, and geographic location.
- Future plans to expand the MSN adCenter to include multiple types of ads, making it a “one-stop shop” for advertisers.
