They may be spending, but don’t think they’re happy about it. A recent survey of online shoppers found that 9 out of 10 encounter problems while conducting transactions online.
The study, by internet market research firm Harris Interactive says that even though over 80% of shoppers are willing to put up with lower levels of customer service online, one in three consumers would flee to a competitor if they came across a problem. The most common problems cited were error messages (40%), and poor navigation (37%).
