While Larry and Sergey’s significant others had to make do with cheap wine and conversation hearts this past Valentine’s Day, Bill Gates was treating his sweetie to Cristal and caviar.
That’s because the Microsoft mogul has just surpassed Google guys Larry Page and Sergey Brin for the largest single payday, according to this New York Post report.
Gates unloaded 11 million shares of Microsoft stock last week, amassing a $298.8 million profit and shattering Page and Brin’s previous record of $43 million apiece.
